Benefits of Green Tea By BazaarCart

Extolled for its healing properties, green tea boasts a high content of flavonoids, which are plant-derived compounds that have antioxidant properties. Originally used as a form of medicine in China, BazaarCart’s here to share more, especially how this amazing tea can make you feel (and look) younger:
1. It boosts your brainpower.
Feeling drowsy at work? Sip a cup of Green Tea which contains enough caffeine to keep your energy levels up without giving you post-coffee jitters. Some say this works better than a cup of Normal coffee  ! The best part? No stale coffee breath (whew).

2. It helps you burn fat.
Keen to shed a few kilos? Green tea increases your metabolic rate and helps intensify levels of fat oxidation (the rate at which your food intake is turned into calories). In one study, people who drank 4 cups of green tea a day had higher fat oxidation and burned approximately 67 more calories a day. Goodbye sweaty workouts, we’re sticking to our green tea regime.

3. It slows down the aging process.
Short of going for Botox, here’s a handy and less invasive solution to wrinkles and crow’s feet: GREEN  TEA. Green tea’s antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties help ensure your skin stays smooth and unlined, so looking – and staying – youthful will be easy as pie.

4. It prevents tooth decay.
Your not-so-secret addiction to sweets might result in a few painful cavities. Green Tea is  natural and unsweetened, and definitely contains fewer calories than a scoop of ice cream.

5. It fights cancer.
A cup of green tea a day not only helps in lowering cholesterol levels and the risk of heart disease, it prevents cancer too. Doubtful about that last claim? The catechins in green tea prevent cell mutation, deactivate certain carcinogens, and reduce tumour growth. There might not be a cure for cancer yet, but this is one of the closest you can get!

Benefits of Peanut Butter For Body Builders By

Bodybuilding requires a strict and healthy diet to support intense weightlifting, strength gains and muscle definition. While peanut butter is high in sugar, it contains healthy fats and protein that help meet a bodybuilder’s nutritional needs. Peanut butter has several important benefits for a bodybuilder when eaten in moderation.

Bodybuilders often need more than 3,000 calories daily, which becomes costly with lean meats, dairy products, protein bars and supplements. According to, peanut butter is one of the most cost-effective foods available; 100 calories of peanut butter costs less than 10 cents. In contrast, 100 calories of cottage cheese often costs more than 50 cents and 100 calories of turkey breast nearly a dollar.

Eating peanut butter gets boring quickly if eat it by the spoonful, but you can mix it with your other meals. For example, a serving of peanut butter livens up a protein smoothie or a bowl of oatmeal, goes well with vegetables or fruit and is tasty when blended with spices in a sauce for chicken or tofu. It also makes a simple treat when slathered on a piece of freshly toasted bread. Peanut butter has just enough sugar to satisfy a sweet craving, which is a healthier option than turning to cake or candy in most cases.

One issue bodybuilders often encounter is lacking the time to eat their required calories. Peanut butter provides a quick fix for this. Keeping a jar of peanut butter at your office or in your gym bag allows you to scoop up a few hundred calories and more than a dozen grams of protein in seconds. It also provides quick protein directly following a workout, the time your muscles need this nutrient most.

Benefits of Packaged Pulses as compare to open pulses By

For our Grocery & other daily needs shopping we are generally dependent on our kirana store or lala ki dukaan & we generally believe on him but the reality we are going to tell is going to open your eyes and is going to benefit you in long. While we all know that pulses are the source of protein & is very beneficial for our health. No Doubt Pulses are beneficial and very rich source of protein but what about the impurities which comes when you purchase open pulses from your local kirana store? All Kind of powder and polish ?
Are they also the Source of Proteins ???

Generally Open Pulses that you buy are cheap as compare to other brands and your local kiranawalla will tell you “madam yehi khulli wali dal jyada achi h company wale toh aise hi rate badha ke rakhte h, Yeh dekho kitni bhadia quality ki h ”  but the truth is the pulses we buy from local kirana store is infact the source of poison. There were many reports in Leading newspaper regarding the scandals of polished pulses & the Raids Conducted by Police alongwith Health departments. Not only polish, What about the Hygiene
We dont’t know how our kirana wala handles our open Dals
Can you trust the Ramu or chotu of your kirana wala ??
We Don’t how they handle our open pulses and everything.

Here’s the report of Indian Express about polished dals, you can find similar reports in Times of India also.

Packaged Dals are unpolished and have not been damaged by artificial stone powder, colour or oil that are used by others to polish dals. While processing Packaged Dals Companies do not add marble powder (very harmful for intestines), oil polish (added fat), water polish (source of water is unknown) or leather belt polish (animal skin touch). The inherent quality of pulses and the nutrient values of dals are not compromised in Polished Dals.

Our test reports indicate that the time taken for cooking unpolished dals is the same as that for polished ones. So why compromise on quality and good health? Why not eat natural dals and experience better quality and taste, resulting in a healthier you! In Packaged Dals, you get more Nutrition per cup than before!

So Change

Next time when you go to buy pulses, don’t fall for the shine. A majority of the pulses in the market are adulterated.

Advantages Of Shopping Grocery Online @

There are many advantages of purchasing grocery online with as opposed to shopping from a traditional grocery store:

1. You save time in terms of driving to a physical grocery store, circling the parking lot looking for parking, meandering up and down the aisles, standing in line at the checkout counter, loading the groceries in your car, and driving home.

2. You are less likely to overspend if you purchase grocery online rather than visit a physical grocery store, because you are less likely to be side tracked and end up buying more than what you intended. Let’s face it: It has happened to all of us: We go to the grocery store with a shopping list and wind up walking out of the store having bought a million other things that were not on the list! (Kids these days !!!!!!)

3. If you have a physical handicap or impairment that prevents you from the physical labor associated with grocery shopping, then having your groceries delivered to you may well be a necessity more than a convenience.

4. If you live in a building that makes lugging grocery bags up and down a flight of stairs or elevators and down a hallway very difficult, then door-to-door grocery delivery would take care of this problem for you.

5. If you are extremely strapped for time, either due to your career, your school, a schedule that prohibits you from being able to get to the grocery store before it closes, or because of your family commitments, then you would be able to free up your time to do the things that really matter, if you were to purchase grocery online.

6. You can avoid the stress and hassle of having to drive to the grocery store, circle around the parking lot vying for a parking space, dragging your screaming and restless kids with you to the store, meandering through the crowded isles while trying to avoid a collision or traffic jam with other shopping carts, standing in a long line at the checkout counter, loading and unloading your car trunk with the groceries when you leave the store and arrive at home.

7. You can shop anytime you want, at your own convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

8. You can automate your grocery deliveries, so that frequently purchased grocery items are shipped to you on a regular basis.

9.Variety of goods in online store is far more than as compare to online store, you Can compare 20 brands of butter where as your nearby shop may not have more than 2 brands.

10.Goods offered on online website are relatively Fresh and pure as compare to products offered in nearby departmental store due to high stock turnover.

11.Cost Saving is one of the biggest reason we look for products online. Products offered are relatively cheaper than nearby departmental stores.

Benefits of Seafood

Well has a great variety of seafood and the reason we make seafood available for customers is simple…Benefits of Seafood

1. Great for your heart

It’s no coincidence that fish-eating Inuit populations in the Arctic have low levels of heart disease; seafood is low in saturated fat and high in omega-3, (which can both) protect the heart from disease and lower the amount of cholesterol in the blood. One study has even suggested that an extra portion of fish every week can cut risk of heart disease in half.

2. Clearing the vessels

Eating fish can improve your circulation and reduce the risk of thrombosis. The EPA and DHA – omega-3 oils – in seafood can save your body from having to produce eicosanoids, a hormone-like substance which can make you more likely to suffer from blood clots and inflammation.

3. Joint benefits

Eating fish as a regular part of a balanced diet has been shown to ease the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, a condition which causes the joins to swell up. Recent research has also found a link between omega-3 fats and osteoarthritis, suggesting that eating more seafood could help to prevent the disease.

4. The eyes have it

Eating oil-rich fish regularly can help to keep the eyes bright and healthy. A recent study has suggested that omega-3 fatty acids can help to protect the eyesight of those suffering from age-related macular degeneration (AMD), a condition which causes the retina to degenerate and the eyesight to become blurred. Fish and shellfish also contain retinol, a form of vitamin A which boosts night vision.

5. Essential nutrients

Seafood provides the body with many essential nutrients which keep us running smoothly, including iodine, selenium, zinc and potassium. Iodine is important for the thyroid gland, and selenium makes enzymes which can help to protect us from cancer. Fish and shellfish are also excellent sources of many vitamins, including vitamins A and D.

6. Take a deep breath

A number of studies have indicated that fish and shellfish may help to protect our lungs. Not only can seafood relieve the symptoms of asthma in children, but it has shown signs of preventing it. Eating a lot of fish can also keep your lungs stronger and healthier as you age in comparison to those who don’t eat a lot of fish.

7. Brighten your outlook

Seafood may also play a large part in preventing depression; research has highlighted links between low omega-3 levels and a higher risk of depression. Seafood could also help us to avoid Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and post-natal depression.

8. Your skin looks great

Not only does omega-3 help to protect the skin from the harmful effects of the UV damage, but eating lots of fish can also help with the symptoms of skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Fish is also a great source of protein, which is an essential ingredient of collagen, a substance which keeps the skin firm and flexible.

9. Good for down below

Evidence suggests that a diet rich in fish oils can help to protect us against serious inflammatory bowel diseases (BD) including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. There is also evidence to suggest that omega-3 could help to slow the progression of inflammatory bowel disease in some sufferers.

10. Boost your brainpower

The human brain is almost 60% fat, with much of this being omega-3 fat. Probably for this reason, research has indicated that people who eat plenty of seafood are less likely to suffer dementia and memory problems in later life. DHA, an omega-3 fat found in seafood, has also been linked to improvements in children’s concentration, reading skills, behaviour, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
